Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    This is exactly what I was looking for when I needed a change from the wider sport band to give it the slimmer look. Love the variety of colours available. Been wearing it for over a month now… colour has not faded or discoloured and the band feels tough, not flimsy. Thanks for a great product

    Great! Everything I wanted! Actually no.. I want another!

    Really great strap. I have a very petite wrist so this thinner version is so great- easy to put on and remove. I had an official version in the “loop” style that snapped because it was tricky to remove. This is a fantastic replacement. Very happy. I want another! I originally just bought this bright pink one only for sport and I was going to buy another official one in a nude colour for everyday wear assuming it will be nicer quality- but nah-I think I’ll buy another of these! So great! Really recommend!
