Manufacturing Faults

In the instance of a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase, we will virtually inspect the reported issue and once verified we’ll give you a full refund, replacements part(s) or Store Credit.

Once approved, refunds and Store Credits will be processed quickly, returning the item cost and applicable shipping fees.

 

Exchanges

Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

FYI: Any shipping fees incurred across the returns process are yours to pay.

Refunds

We offer refunds if your product has incurred a manufacturing fault.

If you want to exchange your product, Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you.

If your refund for a manufacturing fault hasn’t landed back onto your original payment method, we recommend chatting to your financial institution.

 

Only one return or exchange can be processed per purchase.

For customers outside Australia, store credits will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Exchange rate fluctuations that may occur upon use of the store credit cannot be accounted for. Any discrepancies are the onus of the purchaser.
