Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    Brighten up any outfit

    Extremely happy with our new Jelly Strap bands. Nice & bright & look ‘interesting’! Despite being quite sturdy they seem to suit more upmarket outfits as well as casual.

    However experience has shown us the value of watch face protection so have also ordered the tempered glass protectors & hopefully they will also fit in with this new strap.

    Nice band - great functionality

    Band is a nice clear “clarity” and the bumpers protect the watch face well. Had to exchange though because the buckle broke but exchange process was seamless. Bought it in other colours.
